Katy Perry was born Katheryn Elizabeth Hudson on the 25th of October 1984 in Santa Barbara, California to Mary Christine Hudson (nee Perry) and Maurice Keith Hudson. She has a big sister called Angela and a younger brother named David who has English, Portuguese, German, Irish, and Scottish heritage. Her mother's half-brother was director Frank Perry. Perry was raised in a strict family and her first experience with singing was in the churches. A passion for music grew as she grew older. At 15 Perry began going to Nashville and gaining experience in song writing and recording demos. Perry signed with the Christian record label called Red Hill, and recorded an album, under her birth name of Katy Hudson. The album was not a the success it was hoping for. She moved to Los Angeles at the age of 17 and started working with Glen Ballard as a producer. However, she was unable to land a long-term record deal. Perry did sign with Columbia Records in 2004, but again this did not prove a success, and she was eventually dropped. Elizabeth Jane Hurley (born 10 June 1965) is an English model and actress. an actress, her most recognizable film roles include Vanessa Kensington in Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery (1997) and as the Devil in Bedazzled (2000). Hurley's television roles include E! E and Morgan le Fay in Runaways (2019), both original television shows The Royals (2015)-2018. Her first role in a major budget film was in Passenger 57 (1992). Hugh Grant's 1994 London premiere was attended by Hurley. She wore an Versace black Versace gown that was held by gold safety pins and gained immediate media interest. Since Hurley was 29years old, Hurley has been linked to Estee Lauder cosmetics.
